Section 1

Program Status

Vizuem does not currently represent that a public affiliate or referral program is open, accepting applications, tracking referrals, accruing commissions, or issuing affiliate payouts.

Sending an inquiry, sharing the service, using a promotion code, or referring a prospective customer does not create affiliate status or a right to payment, credit, attribution, or other compensation.

Section 2

Future Written Agreement

Any future participant would need express written approval and acceptance of the then-current affiliate agreement or other written program terms before undertaking compensated promotional activity.

Program-specific commercial terms may include approved channels, attribution rules, eligible transactions, exclusions, commission calculations, reversals, payment conditions, tax-document requirements, and termination rights.

No such commercial terms are established by this public guidance document.

Section 3

Participation and Approval

Future participation, if offered, may be limited, reviewed, or declined at the service provider's discretion, subject to applicable law and any accepted written agreement.

An inquiry or application would not guarantee approval. Participants would be responsible for keeping account, payment, tax, and contact information accurate and current.

Section 4

Required Disclosures

A future participant must clearly and conspicuously disclose any material connection to Vizuem, including potential or actual commissions, referral fees, discounts, credits, free services, or other benefits.

  • Place the disclosure with the endorsement or recommendation where people are likely to notice it.
  • Use plain language that clearly explains the relationship.
  • Do not hide the disclosure in a profile, footer, terms page, group of hashtags, or link that requires an additional click.
  • For video, audio, images, stories, livestreams, or similar formats, make the disclosure in a form people can notice and understand in that format.
  • Do not assume that a platform disclosure tool, affiliate link, promotion code, or audience familiarity is sufficient by itself.
  • Repeat or adapt disclosures when required by the format, placement, audience, or applicable law.

Example wording may include “Paid affiliate link,” “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link,” or another accurate statement that clearly communicates the material relationship.

Section 5

Truthful Claims and Endorsements

Statements must reflect the participant's honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experience and must not be false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or presented without necessary context.

  • Do not claim or imply that scan output is legal advice, certification, proof, or a guarantee of accessibility or compliance.
  • Do not make product, pricing, feature, security, privacy, standards, performance, or availability claims that are inaccurate or unsupported.
  • Do not present private, expired, conditional, or customer-specific terms as generally available.
  • Clearly identify material limitations or conditions when needed to keep a statement accurate.
  • Do not publish fabricated reviews, testimonials, results, customers, case studies, or experiences.
Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

A future participant may not engage in deceptive, unlawful, abusive, confusing, or unauthorized promotion, including:

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, or misleading outreach.
  • False scarcity, fabricated urgency, fake reviews, impersonation, or deceptive testimonials.
  • Unauthorized bidding on brand names, confusing domains, accounts, advertisements, or search terms.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, hidden frames, misleading links, fabricated attribution, or other manipulation.
  • Self-referrals, collusive transactions, fraudulent purchases, payment abuse, or attempts to obtain unearned compensation.
  • Promotion through unlawful, infringing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or malicious content.
  • Offering unauthorized rebates, incentives, guarantees, side agreements, or representations on behalf of the service provider.
Section 7

Brand and Content Use

Future participants would receive only the limited permission stated in an applicable written agreement to use approved names, marks, links, and promotional materials for authorized program activity.

Participants may not register confusing names or domains, modify logos or approved materials without permission, imply employment or agency, or suggest that content is authored, reviewed, or endorsed by Vizuem when it is not.

Section 8

Commercial Terms

Commission rates, eligible products, attribution windows, qualification events, minimum payout amounts, payment timing, currency, reversals, taxes, and similar commercial terms would be stated only in a future accepted written agreement or program schedule.

This page does not establish any rate, attribution method, payment schedule, minimum payment, exclusivity commitment, or guaranteed earning opportunity.

Section 9

Independent Relationship

A future affiliate would act as an independent participant and would not be an employee, agent, representative, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal partner of Vizuem.

A participant would have no authority to bind the service provider, enter agreements on its behalf, modify service terms, promise outcomes, provide legal advice, or make warranties or guarantees for the service.

Section 10

Review and Enforcement

If a program is opened, the service provider may review promotional content and referral activity for agreement, disclosure, accuracy, security, fraud, and brand-use concerns.

A future written agreement may allow links, codes, attribution, commissions, or participation to be withheld, reversed, suspended, or terminated when activity is ineligible, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, disputed, refunded, canceled, or in material breach of program terms.

Section 11

Future-Program Inquiries

Questions about a possible future program may be sent to affiliate@vizuem.com.

An inquiry does not constitute an application, acceptance, reservation, preapproval, or promise that a program will launch.
